The New Orleans Public Belt Railroad running along Leake Avenue at the Riverbend has been our neighbor for 100 years. In June 2008, the Uptown Triangle Neighborhood Association met with representatives of the Railroad to discuss neighborhood concerns and quality-of-life issues. This summary addresses:
